The World Trade Center Institute (WTCI) seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. Are you passionate about digital strategy? This position will play a vital role in expanding our existing marketing and communications efforts, as well as creating and implementing strategic campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping us grow in new and existing markets by using digital platforms to increase our reach, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities


  • Create and implement a digital strategy that is focused on driving the vision and mission of WTCI and achieving performance goals
  • Create, optimize, and update WTCI website pages to increase conversions (e.g., ticket sales, registrations, and email list subscriptions)
  • Create campaigns and perform daily account management of pay per click and social media advertisements
  • Write and post social media content and, when relevant, boost content
  • Monitor social media to mine for content to share/like/comment on
  • Proactively provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance, including keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, conversion rate, CPLs, quality score and other important account metrics
  • Assume responsibility for setting up conversion rules and pixels through Google Tag Manager
  • Participate in weekly brainstorms to assist in developing new campaign ideas and testing strategies
  • Track and report on digital marketing and ad campaigns, web traffic and engagement, email campaigns and social media campaigns
  • Assess performance of leads through conversion funnel, pinpoint issues, and implement needed change
  • Monitor SEO performance and develop and implement strategies to enhance SEO performance

The ideal candidate will bring a range of experiences, with an emphasis on outcomes-focused digital marketing expertise. A passion for the mission, data-orientation, and interest in an entrepreneurial organization are all musts.

Additional requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated success in digital strategies
  • Familiarity with software tools and packages including social media management applications, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently
  • Strategic thinker - comfortable defining and presenting digital marketing strategies and ideas to the VP of Marketing and other senior leaders and executives
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that encourages a sense of urgency, results ownership, passion for the mission, trust, and collaboration
  • Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, certifications a plus
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Tableau a plus
